A mystifying silence creeps inside;
A wave of media drowns out the few voices that rebel.
Life evolves into nothing more than a void of individuality,
A lack of truth,
A world promoting lies.
Beyond redemption and on the brink of destruction,
The world implodes on itself in an enormous tide of denial.
Cracks run through the sky,
A few stray shards of life fall and shatter,
Ignored by humans because they no longer care.
Knowledge of the ages becomes abused or forgotten,
A thing of the past which no longer holds value.
